Upon purchase of a Pro license, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Plutos Pro for personal use on up to three (3) devices that you personally own and control. This license is granted to you as an individual and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.

Pro license holders are entitled to free updates to the Software for as long as we continue to develop and release updates. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely, but any updates released will be made available to all Pro license holders at no additional cost.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
